Product Description
The Badger is a rugged variable speed chink pump that greatly reduces the time spent caulking and chinking log homes. The self-priming pump applies caulk or chink directly from a 15 gallon all stainless hopper and applies a smooth and consistently even bead. A set of four different size nozzle tips are included at no extra charge.
Standard Features:
30' hose set. System comes complete with 30 feet of 3/4" high pressure hose with applicator gun and four tips.
Tip sizes are 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" 1" and 1-1/4". Cam locks on the hose are standard.
Various speed control: You set the speed with the turn of a knob. You have pump rate control from 0-3 GPM.
The Badger utilizes the best features of other pump systems and gives you variable speed control, a unique trigger switch and high pressure. The Badger can generate in excess of 300 lbs of pressure in the material line so that you can pump very thick material. Exclusive Parts Bin: The Badger provides a 7-1/2" x 3" x 20" bin to store extra nozzles, spatulas and special chinking tools. Everything is at your finger tips. Easy Clean-up: The 15 gallon all stainless hopper allows for easy clean-up. Cam locks on the hose allow for quick and easy hose removal so that the auger reservoir is easily cleaned.
Optional Features: Hose set options includes a longer hose. 50 ft. lengths or longer are available on request. Upgrade to 1" hose to be used for very thick material.
