Product Description
All mini-Lignos fit comfortable in your hand while taking readings and are small enough to carry in a shirt pocket. The green cap covers the pins for safe transportation. To obtain moisture readings, the pins are pushed into the wood and the unique on-off switch between the pins turns the meter on.
Mini C-Models have a connector built-in for an external electrode, allowing core readings in thick wood with Electrode E12.

Specifications for all mini-Lignos:
• 1 pair of pins each for a measuring depth
• 3/16"(#MA) and 7/16"(#MB) (5, 10mm).
• Battery: one 9-Volt battery for up to10,000 readings.
• Size: 23/4"W x 51/2"L x 1"H (70 x 140 x 25mm).
• Weight: 8 ounces (200g). Each mini-Ligno comes in a protective pouch.
• Calibrated for a wood temperature of 70oF (20oC), a chart is supplied for other temperatures.

The "E"and "E/C" have an extended range to measure wet and dry wood, for checking construction lumber, green or air-dried lumber, when drying lumber or turning wet wood, for testing firewood or for forest fire prevention.
