| MENCO HD Wood & Concrete Cleaner is an industrial strength powder cleaner designed to tackle even the toughest cleaning needs on most cementitious surfaces. MENCO HD will tackle heavy duty cleaning jobs such as: Log Homes, decks, fencing, parking garages, airports, etc... wherever an industrial strength cleaning is needed. MENCO HD is very effective with oil, rust stains and harshly blemished concrete. It is an excellent stripper for removing old finishes such as oil base stains, paints, etc... MENCO HD is sold in powder form allowing you to mix it to the strength potency you need for each job. MENCO HD is an awesome cleaner for wood. Will remove mold, mildew, and most finishes. Must be neutralized. Application: Petroleum based stains - Oil/Grease/Etc. Mist stain with water to dampen. Apply power directly to stain. Add water and agitate to form a paste. Allow paste to dry. Broom clean or rinse with pressure washer. Dry Application: Mist area to dampen. Broadcast MENCO HD powder over the area to be cleaned. Allow cleaner to dwell 15-30 minutes for best results. Agitate with broom and rinse with garden hose of pressure wash using surface cleaner or wand. Wet Application: Mix solution to strength following directions on container. Apply solution directly to dry substrate. For best results allow solution to dwell 15-30 minutes. DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY ON SURFACE. Clean with high-pressure washer. MATERIALS TO AVOID V-SCRUB HD is incompatible with strong acids - Avoid Color: White powder Average Spread Rate: 200-300 ft. p/gal. Application Time: On avg. let dwell for 15-30 mins.
